You and your Mediator have a 60-minute, confidential, online meeting to learn more about your specific situation.

The purpose of the individual meeting is to:

Screen for appropriateness of mediation
Create your customized financial checklist
Answer questions, listen to concerns and discuss priorities

You will leave this meeting with a customized list of documents that you need to begin the mediation process. You will have a plan to move forward and a target completion date.
